Can’t reject that they are one kind of ingredients that make your food have a stronger taste. Which some people love,but some people don’t. However, these ingredients have such a strong smell. Either you eat it raw or cook. They can make your breath smells for hours after eating. The digestive process is they are absorbed into the bloodstream and go into lungs which given you bad breath.
1. Try to eat the fresh produce

5. Drink green tea
After meal just drink a hot cup of green tea to temporarily reduce the breath smell. In the study says that green tea and toothpaste are more effective than chewing gum and mints.
6. Use essential oils
Some essential oils have the ability to anti bacteria which often put in the mouthwash to reduce the bad smell. There are some easy steps to make your own homemade mouthwash by swish 1 teaspoon of carrier oil with a drop of peppermint to get rid of the smells, bacteria, as well as, food particles.
7. Chew gum
The most common way to do when you have bad breath is chewing spearmint flavored gum. When you don’t have time to brush your teeth after a meal during the day. Gum definitely will be the answer for you.
8. Drink apple cider vinegar
Drinking 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water can reduce the garlic smell because it contain pectin that will increase the growth of good bacteria. Or you can just swish the apple cider vinegar in your mouth for 10-15 second after having food.
