1. Teeth whitening 

Overdo of something always bad. Including teeth whitening. Usually teeth whitening procedure will leave teeth sensitivity for a few days, but if you bleach your teeth too much it may lead to a permanent teeth sensitivity.

2. Use teeth to rip things open

People always use their teeth to open a bag of chips, a price tag, nibble their nails or even some use their teeth to open a cap of the bottle. If you are doing this you are chipping your teeth also you can get bacteria from putting things in your mouth. You better use scissors or a bottle opener for all these things rather than use your teeth.

3. Grinding at nighty 

You may not be able to identify it yourself if you are grinding at night or not. You might need your partner to tell you if you grinding while you were sleeping. However, if you wake up with a dull headache or saw jaw you my assume that you have the grinding condition. Once you know go to see your dentist because grinding can lead to a bigger problem like misalignment of your teeth or cracked your teeth. You might be asked to wear a bought guard at night.

4. Chewing Ice

Cold drinks are always pairing with hot food for refreshing such as pizza or noodle, but this totally makes your teeth sensitive because you put your teeth in a temperature rollercoaster from hot and then cold immediately. Shooting or sharp pain in teeth while eating is maybe a sign of a cracked tooth or decay.

6. Soda Drinks

Some drinks damage your teeth by ruin the tooth enamel, discolored the teeth, stick to your teeth and erode enamel and many others. The drink includes soda and diet, wine, sport drinks, and energy drink because they contain acid which damages your tooth enamel.

7. Sticky Candies

Sticky candies more likely to stick to your grooves of the teeth which can lead to cause decay and it also dislodges the filling. If you must have them do so with the good dental hygiene, brushing, flossing or rinse right after eating.
